New Sales Manager drives us to No.1 on Zoopla

The Fresh sales department welcomes Nick Clarke to head up the team and he he has already made an immediate impact. A report via the property portal Zoopla for the period 22/11/18 to 28/11/18 shows us at No.1 for new instructions across 70 agents in the local area. Indeed, instructions for the whole of November have been at a high for the Fresh sales team. This is despite it being a traditionally slower time of the year for property instructions.

Questions and Answers with Nick Clarke


Question: What is your background?


Answer: My background has been in estate agency for the past 21 years. I started my career back in Wolverhampton with Countrywide in 1997 where I quickly progressed from a sales negotiator to a valuer and then to branch manager. Since then, I have worked for a mixture of local Independent companies as well as corporate estate agency groups. This has given me a great insight into what makes great estate agency by taking the best of both worlds and improving my skills and knowledge within the industry. I moved to Wales in 2016 where I married a local girl! I was working for a local major estate agent managing both City and Swansea Marina branches, at different times, with very successful results until a fantastic opportunity came along to join Fresh.


Question: Why did you decide to leave corporate estate agency and join the Fresh project?


Answer: Fresh is a brand that has always stood out from the rest, it has great customer reviews and a second to none advertising strategy. Fresh offers the customer service experience that sadly seems to be disappearing in the industry. I see an opportunity in Fresh to become the agent of choice for Swansea and by bringing my experience and local knowledge to a well-established and professional team I see this as being more than achievable.
